Cookie policy

Short version: this site sets no cookies. That's why you didn't see a cookie banner.

What that means

• No tracking pixels and no advertising cookies.
• Visitor statistics come from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without following you across sites.
• Fonts and images load from this site itself, not from Google or another third party.
• No videos or social media widgets are embedded that could set cookies of their own. The video on the homepage is a plain file served from this site.

The 1 exception: security

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, can set a strictly necessary security cookie (__cf_bm) when it needs to tell people and bots apart. It contains no personal profile, expires within 30 minutes, and is used only to protect the site. Strictly necessary cookies like this don't require consent, so there's no banner.

When you leave this site

When you click a link to another site (like one of my apps, or a social profile), that site's own cookie policy applies.

When you subscribe to the newsletter, your details are sent to ActiveCampaign, which handles the signup and may set its own cookies on its domain. ActiveCampaign's cookie and privacy policies apply to that. How we use your newsletter details is explained in the privacy policy.

If this changes

If we ever add anything that uses cookies beyond the security cookie above, we'll update this page first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
